Healthy Growth As a human being,we have to do many things.Health is state of complete physical,mental and social well-being not merely an absence of disease or infirmity.We have to try to achieve healthy. Firstly,a happy mind is the first key to be health.Keeping a happy mind is one of the way to be health.Now aday, too much people have much stress,so we can not happy with these stress.As a student ,i also have stress of lesson and exam.I have tried to solve these stress with listen music and play some games.My aim in life is to be a medical doctor so i have to try more than any other.so i get more stress than other.I used to take exercise to reduce these stress.I like to take part in all physical exercises because they can keep me fit.Walking is the exercise that i have to do every morning. I am a student so studying is my duty.I study to my lesson to achieve my aim in life.For achieving this aim,a health mind and body is needed.If i became a medical doctor,my parents would proud for me.
