英语四级考试如果口语成绩为D，笔试成绩在425以上，算过的，可以报考六级的。
1、四级和六级，无论口语，笔试都没有我们所说的及格线。我们通常说的是425算过四六级，那只是一种民间自己拟定的标准。四六级官方从来没有给出及格线这样的的一种设定。口试并不是必须要考的，你只参加了笔试，也会给你发一张成绩单，只不过在口语那一栏里边是空的。
2、英语四级考试内容包括四个部分：写作，听力理解，阅读理解，翻译。全部题目按顺序统一编号。每年举行两次，报名时间为每年6月份、12月份。其分数达到425分及以上即可报考CET-6，所以大家普遍认为CET-4的合格线为425分。
